Homebuyer Workshop Highlights

The Avondale Neighborhood Association partnered with the Northwest Side Housing Center to offer a series of first time homebuyer workshops in English and in Spanish. One way to maintain housing stability in our changing neighborhood is to increase opportunities for current residents to purchase multi-family homes in the community. The Northwest Side Housing Center is a non-profit organization that provides various programs and resources including counseling and education in first time home buying and foreclosure prevention.
