There will be another meeting to discuss two zoning changes on Belmont. One will be for a four-story mixed use development with nine residential units at 3720 W. Belmont and a second mixed-use project at 3729 W. Belmont which will stand at four stories and feature 18 residential units. More details are listed in the public notice letters below.

According to the developer’s attorney, Alderman’s Reboyras’ office has scheduled a public meeting for February 2, 2017 at 6:30 PM at the Red Apple (3121 N. Milwaukee Ave). This meeting is intended to allow the community an opportunity to review the plans and to have an open dialogue with the developers and the alderman.
